			<description><![CDATA[ Griff, are you able to set the gripper in a closed position (use both hands and push gripper against thigh) then just do neg and holds. I used the Heavy Grips
set (150-300) and got close with the 250 but ended up with arthritis in middle finger of left hand. Sometimes now I have to pop that finger before I can pick
up a 45. ]]></description>

give the hands a breathier and switch to very high continuous reps. shoot for 30+ consecutive. hold each rep and isometrically squeeze each one. back off the
2.5 and negs for a while ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m going to start using my grippers more. One of the movements I like to use is the Telegraph Key ( from Ironmind.) I use other movements for overall hand
strength, but I&#39;m not sure they will specifically improve the grippers. I do remember that &quot;strap holds&quot; are a popular way of adding resistance
to a gripper. I&#39;m going to use my grippers as soon as I get off the computer in a few minutes. ]]></description>
