        <![CDATA[ Has anyone here ever tried The Mark Berry Barbell Courses?If so what kind of results did you get?


I was working out daily 6 days  a week  then took a week off and decided to go 3 days a week with The Mark Berry Barbell Courses,and now have a freind into
working out.

Seeing as he has never worked out before I was wondering would The Mark Berry Barbell Courses be a good course to start him out with seeing as the first one

Well he had it coming to him.He started it,when i started to walk off he violently laid hands on me so i had to defend myself.

well in the mean tim i can do situps and wrestlers bridges which are part of the 1st mark berry barbell course the preliminary exercises as well and bodyweight
squats to keep the fat off. ]]></description>
