stalwart of the toner crowd. TPD will lead you to a life of wealth, health, and happiness. Riches will be yours for the taking, women will swoon, and men will

I respectfully disagree with you. I don't agree that the posterior muscles are more impressive or more important, and I also think that you are not a good
example of a physical culturist because of your one demensional strength training routine. I further disagree, vehemently, that the deadlift is the only
compound movement that you need. Other than that everything else is great,oh wait a minute that was your whole thing, sorry.

My priority is using the DEADLIFT & 1-arm press as part of my Physical Culture regimen, as there are numerous pieces to the puzzle and strength training is
only 1 part, albeit a LARGE part. As is vitamin/mineral supplementation (green tea, fish oil,etc.).

I am convinced that the DEADLIFT is basically the only heavy compound exercise a person needs as it hits almost the entire body. The muscles used in pressing
(very secondary IMO) are the only muscles not hit by the DEADLIFT and they are covered by the 1-arm press. I look at Physical Culture as a lifestyle not a
pasttime, similair to Hack or McFadden. The Road To Wellville is a good source (book version) of the minset I try to emulate.

Its interesting to me how when stimulated to grow (DEADLIFT) the muscles on the posterior side of the body (traps, lats, glutes, hams, calves) are much more
useful/impressive than any muscles of the anterior (pecs, quads, biceps, etc.). Yet more reasons to follow The Anabolic Diet & DEADLIFT.

Those problems eventually went away once my lumbar vertebrae re-aligned. I think the very thing which has helped the proliferation of sound weight training
advice has equally hurt the real value of training w/ weights. Young men see men w/ 1 in a few million genetics and naturally assume "If I follow so &
so's training program or buy X-brand of protein powder I'll eventually look like Mr Whatever on the cover of _____". This just isn't going to
happen in 99% of the cases, and the frustrated trainee gives up and abandons an otherwise incredibly healthy habit (strength training). Today a hopeful
neophyte knows about drugs than exercise and the situation is made even worse.

I know this because for a long time I was that hopeful, ignorant trainee. Now I know the true value of Physical Culture. Now all I do and will ever do is
DEADLIFT, which was once called the HEALTHLIFT btw, and I much happier being a Physical Culturist. As I initially stated weight...
