Hackenschmidt,Arthur Saxon,Eugen Sandow etc etc trained using their methods.


I personally have no clue.but thought i&#39;d get you guys opinions on this;


what do you think the limit of human strength devlopment is using the old time Physical Culture/Strongman training methods? ]]>
