			<description><![CDATA[ I think you&#39;ll like it. I always thought of it as a great movement. Great for high reps which I was introduced to by Drew and Dr. Ken. Try it for a while
and see how it affects your regular deads. Or you can altlernate trap bar one week then regular deads the next week. ]]></description>
