Hey guys! I haven't been on in a looooong time as my computer took a dive last fall and I JUST got it fixed. Anyway, Richard and Bert Sorin have a perfect
adjustable implent for training the WOB and WFD and even Olympic style hammer throws. It is called "The Ballistica" and is plate loaded, comes with a
ring and chain to adjust the length. Retails for $89 I think. Thought I'd share.

I got the Ballistica in the mail last week. Pretty solid poeice of equipment. I am going to modify it some as the cahin that comes with it is too long and the
one I got has a "U-bolt" to couple the loading pin to the ring or chain. I am going to change it to a carabiner style locking device. It is hard to
put more than 5 x 10# plates on it but I am satisfied with it. Jim I think i would get alot of use out of the Core Blaster as well. I have been swinging a beer
keg that is partially full between my legs whilst standing on blocks. Great explosive lower back exercise.

I'll take a look. I once bought the Hungarian Core Blaster a few years ago. Not a bad piece of equipment.
