			<description><![CDATA[ hi workforcewarrier,that is some workout! one of the toughest workouts i ever did was 300 press ups,300 leg raises and three hundred body-weight squats.i did
sets of 20 of each one after the other in a slow and controlled manner,2 secs up,2 down with a pause at the point of most contraction. i did this when on
holiday for a few days and missed my planed workout.i felt great afterwards but didn&#39;t get my full strength back for a week.I&#39;m not trying to compete
and i realise that your workout,and many workouts that a lot of the people on the board have completed are probably far more taxing.i just wanted to stress how
the simple exercises done slowly and properly can really put you through it{well me anyway}i have always worked very hard physically,moving twenty to thirty
tons of stone,sand or whatever a day with a shovel and wheelbarrow,or running up a two story ladder with a hod on my shoulder 2 or 3 hundred times a day.if
using the 14 pounder to break concrete we always aimed... ]]></description>

I pearl harbored him with a conditioning workout at the dojo.  Not having sweats, he thought he would be safe, but the instructor didn&#39;t mind him wearing
jeans.

     The workout, designed to increase work capacity, anaerobic endurance, and strength endurance, was as follows:
<br>
     5 nonstop rounds of 4 different calisthenics, three of which were ballistic (20 nonstop sets)
<br>
     4 repeats of tractor tire flips (about 100 ft.) with running in between
<br>
     2 minutes sledge hammer swings
<br>
     4 one... ]]></description>
