I was working out daily 6 days a week then took a week off and decided to go 3 days a week with The Mark Berry Barbell Courses,and now have a freind into working out.
Seeing as he has never worked out before I was wondering would The Mark Berry Barbell Courses be a good course to start him out with seeing as the first one has 15 exercises alone.I intend for the two of us to follow it to the letter.
