gonna give the trap bar a real serious go for the first time(have used it many times,never for too long tho). Any experiences,tips,routines,etc from anyone and
everyone will be helpfull

I think you'll like it. I always thought of it as a great movement. Great for high reps which I was introduced to by Drew and Dr. Ken. Try it for a while
and see how it affects your regular deads. Or you can altlernate trap bar one week then regular deads the next week.

I am doing a Dr. Ken-like workout that starts with trap bar DLs. They make a definite impression!

It was at Dr. Ken's Iron Island Gym where I first encountered the trap bar. It was also there that I first experienced the joy (?) of high-rep deads. As
the song goes, " Those were the days my friend..."
