It really looks great and I love the quotes from you and Steiner! This is the best place on the NET to get honest drug-free information but I can't believe that few people take advantage of it! I mean there are many readers (about 40-50 visitors per day) but most just read and are affraid to post. C' mon people! Anyway, great job Bob and also to the mods Jim and John. I guess its better to have less posts (but quality info) and happy readers than the garbage thats on most other sites.

We have hit on pretty much all relevant,sane weight training subjects. So its getting hard to keep the threads coming. Your right tho this site is as good as,and mostly better than any I have seen. Including the so called "big name" sites
