Ok a freind of mine asked me what I thought was the limits of human strength when it comes to someone who trains like the old timers like George
Hackenschmidt,Arthur Saxon,Eugen Sandow etc etc trained using their methods.
I personally have no clue.but thought i'd get you guys opinions on this;
