I normally don't do high reps, but yesterday when I got to the gym I decided to do something different. The power rack was being used by a toner doing his massive 65 Lb. barbell cheat curls, so I decided to do the Hammer Leg Press for reps. Yesterday was my 44th birthday, and to celebrate I set out to do as many reps as possible with 200 Lbs. I was actually able to get 225 reps, and I might have been able to crank out some more but the bottoms of my feet were absolutely killing me. I went at a steady pace and after each 25 reps, I would take four deep breaths. I was sweating like a pig by the time I was done, and today ( Monday) I am definitely "feeling it."
