It just seems to get juicier and juicier for the Rocket. Initially, it was reported that a former country music star had an affair with Roger, then a former NYC bartender was linked to him. The country singer, Mindy McCready, is not denying or refuting the allegations, and her family is backing up the claims. According to Clemens ( and his Texas mouthpiece) she is a "friend of the family." However, it has come to light that no member of Clemens' family has ever met her ( I guess the friends are the ones you never meet.)
Mayber Roger should come forward and just say that the singer:
A) is lying ( like he accused McNamee)
B) she "misremembered" or "misheard."
Maybe he can do "A" and "B". He has basically accused his friends, trainers, and former teammates of lying while the evidence builds against him ( and while proclaiming his own innocence.)
