I'm interested in hearing about how you structure your eating.
I generally eat three good meals per day, and often, but not always, have a light meal before bed. I don't count calories, or grams of protein/fat/carbs, but I do try to eat each macronutrient at each meal. I don't deny myself any kind of food, but tend to limit the amount of sweets/puddings I eat to 1 or 2 per week.
My daily meals go something like this:
Breakfast - four poached eggs on two slices of buttered wholemeal toast, or a large bowl of oatmeal with semi skimmed milk and a spoonful of sugar, cup of coffee (milk/no sugar - thanks
)
Lunch - two large tuna and mayo sandwiches on wholemeal bread, a piece of fruit, mug of tea
Dinner - a couple of chicken breasts/steak/fish, rice/potato/pasta, a couple of types of veggies or a salad - occasional sweet (usually on a Sunday)
Supper - two slices of cheese on wholemeal toast, or some weetabix with milk and sugar
I drink lots of tea and water through the day.
The only supplement I use is creatine, which I dissolve in a glass of water a breakfast time.
I have a tendency to gain weight easily, but I've found that I can regulate my weight fairly easily with this kind of plan, simply by eating smaller portions, and being careful about eating less fat and sugar.
Anyone else like to share their eating regimes?
