I bought some chinese weights. Worked out with them. 2 hours later I was weak again.

I lifted Chinese weights and two hours later I was hungry to lift them again. More levity.

I was about to order Russian Kettlebells,
but after reading about your experiences with Chinese weights, I decided not to. I'm afraid they might turn me into a commie pinko. P. S. What the hell is a pood? |

It is about 36 pounds. I wondered this also when I first started reading about kettlebells. Articles referred to 1 pood or 2 pood kettlebells. It is an old
Russian weight system. Similar to how the Brits measure things in stones.
