Seems a gym in London has started a new workout plan. Instead of lifting iron weight you can lift people. (For some odd reason just got a Soylent Green flashback, maybe after workout nutrition!) Check out the story and video.

I can see it now. Instead of his clients carrying a sandbag around the block they have to carry Max Bob. That would be one weight you definitely wouldn't want to just drop when you got too tired.
