I never met or even spoke to John, but I always enjoyed his writing and respected him as one of the few good guys who told the truth. I had a link for him on
NaturalStrength.com due to this respect. I'm sad and shocked by the news of his passing.

one of the all-time best modern day weight training authorities. Thats a huge statement,I know, but I'll stick to it!His clients got amazing results almost
nonstop. He had a great writing style and like Bob said,a no-nonsense,cut thru the crap style also. His book is a classic. Everyone on this site,do yourself a
favor and read everything this guy ever wrote. His Hardgainer articles are all fabulous. I dealt with him a few times (all thru emails) and he was a hell of a
nice guy also,willing to help anyone,not always with his hand out either. The drug free,sensible training world has lost one of its brightest shining
lights....RIP John Christy

I never had the pleasure of knowing or dealing with John, but from what I've read, it seems like the fraternity of Natural Strength Training has sustained
a tremendous loss. RIP John, and let's keep his family in our thoughts and prayers.
