Greetings y'all!! Well yesterday was my 42d birthday and as I am in yet another location away from home and people I care about, I spent it lifting. I
picked on lift, lightened the weight and did 42 reps with it,. I chose the overhead squat. It felt so good, I did cleans that way next. For awhile I was afriad
this might be my last birthday on Earth! My heart was pounding and as Hoffman would say I was "huffing and puffing"! I then did some push jerks and
one arm DB snatches Goerner style 3 reps but starting at the 25s and working up to the 115s (that is as big as they got at the base gym). All told the workout
took almost exactly 30mins start to finish. I was soaked, breathless and yet invigorated. I think i will make this a tradition but....I am gonna stop at 50!!
