There is a book, or, more accurately, a pamphlet titled "The Training Programs of Louis Abele," by Chester O. Teegarden. It details various programs
used by Abele, including his leg specialization, and back and upper body specialization programs. You could probably get it from Ironmind Enterprises.

I'm lifting twice per week right now. I was doing three times per, but decided to drop a day. I found a gym that has a nice selection of Hammer equipment
in addition to some decent free weights. I still haven't been able to find a place that rivals the old Iron Island but between the two places I currently
belong to, as well as the gym at the fire academy, I can make it work. I'm also going to start walking with the weighted vest again, since the weather is
agreeable ( not too warm.)

sounds good Jim,i train at home so my options are limited, having said that i do check the local gyms from time to time to see if any of them really motivate
me,here in the UK not many gyms have a good selection of hammer equipment, i think that may be down to cost etc,and the fact that a lot of the time the guy
fitting the gym out is never going to train there.i was thinking of getting an x vest to wear for an hour or so at work and press ups, dips, etc.oh and thanks
for the info,i found some great stuff!
