1) I saw these two guy doing a set of curls together, in other words, the faced each other and used the same bar, each guy doing a rep, then passing the bar to the other. I've never seen that one.
2) What passes for barbell rowing-( we talked about this one at the Bruno reunion ) the guy stands, leans a bit forward, then pulls the bar to his waist. Of course, he is using lifting straps because, as he explained to his partner, " when you're using heavy weights you have to save your hands." I must admit, he makes sense. The whopping 115 Lbs. he was using looked awfully heavy.
3) This one is an oldie, but a goodie, the guy using the smith machine ( is there a more useless machine than a smith machine??) to "hammer his quads" with partials. We've all seen this one: he loads the bar with one 45 Lb. plate on each side, tightens his lifting belt, and does quarter sqauts in sets of eight. Truly massive.
It's stufff like this that makes me wish that I had a basement in my house.
