Then a friend gave me an original hardcover copy, then I found another hardcover original. It goes over everything, from training separate body-parts, and how to lift a barbell, to muscle control, etc. Many great old photo's of strongmen lifting globe barbells. A must have (IMO) for any strength library. ~Dave
