The funny thing is the millions of people who followed the whole circus and who tuned in.  Especially here in New York, the reactions are funny.  For the last two years the knicks have looked forward to the chance of signing him, basically planning on it being a done deal.  During that time, the team sucked and was an embarrassment, but all you heard was that in July of 2010 lebron would come to the rescue. For the last two months the media here have endlessly- and shamelessly- kissed the guy's ass.  It's all that's been on the news--lebron this and lebron that.  How great a player, how great a human being, he'll not only save the knicks but inspire the entire city, lebron is our guy, blah, blah, blah.  Now that he signed with another team, all you hear now is "he's a bum, we never wanted him anyway."  You gotta hand it to the NY media--they say- and print- anything, regardless of whether it makes any sense or not.
     Personally, I really don't care.  I really don't have an interest in basketball, and have even less interest in lebron.  But, wouldn't it be funny if he went do Miami and just flopped?  Anyway, back to the world cup- it's almost over and that means no more vuvuzelas!
